HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Services

The global family requires increasingly assurance of food safety measures and controls for producers and consumers. HACCP is a risk assessment mechanism to ensure that important role players in the industry provide their capability of controlling their processes during food handling and beneficiation.

South African legislation also expects HACCP practice and operation in the food industry. (Did you know??) Have a look in Regulation 908 from 27 June 2003 of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No 54 of 1972) and find out what is expected from you.

We offer you our certification service with the usual professional thoroughness and added value. (Not under the accreditation scheme).

As you can expect, we have capable and knowledgeable people for HACCP and food hygiene and train them in our Corporate Service Culture, to ensure that you will receive our consistently value adding certification service.
